licensed therapist in Washington, DC

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when old patterns keep you stuck or disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or your goals. You may be seeking a space to feel understood, to make sense of your experience, and to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I’m a psychotherapist based in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC, offering individual, group, and couples therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, career stress, life transitions, and questions of identity. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as we explore the inner patterns shaping your life.

Helping people feel more whole, connected, and empowered is deeply meaningful to me. If you're curious about starting therapy, I welcome you to reach out.

I received my undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, and my masters from the University of Maryland. I bring a diverse background to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the communications field and owned a public relations agency—an experience that deepens my understanding of the pressures tied to work/life balance. As a licensed clinical social worker, I value ongoing growth and development. I’m an active member of the American Academy of Psychotherapists and the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.

In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.”
